Working in teams is great, when the team is right. It seems like it so often isn't, because it almost takes a sort of magic for people to be able to work together and progress on a long project- and not end up butting heads, or one person not having input. Even in a situation where there is a boss/ employer setup, if they understand the others strengths and can trust each other—thats where the synergy happens!
