Contributing Artists rough draft 68/70
i asked 4 other sva students to contribute in my synergy project. i gave each drawing one topic, gave each person one color maker, and ask each one of them to draw their interpretation of the topic. i like the conversation between each artists. there will be more drawing, this is not final, just trying things out and get the project going. As for my writing project, it’s a little different. I am going to gather people’s conversation on the street, instead of asking them to write. It’s hard to explain without confusing you, i will show my progress in the following post.

let me know what do you think and stay tune!

On a basic level, I like everyone’s explorative doodles… but I think the problem is that’s what they look like: doodles. I think this idea could work better if they drew them in illustrator rather than with marker. The top one in particular would probably look really cool if its various components were drawn on a computer, and then you could silkscreen it or something.

I do also think it’s important, though, that in the midst of working on things like this, you have pretty specific plans about how it will combine with other things. I’m eager to hear more about how you think you might do that.

thank you jarrod, i am trying to make as much as progress, to show more visuals on Wednesday night, so all the projects will make sense. most of the stuff is still on the first draft, so there are a lot of space to improve.
i thought about asking each person to draw on acid type or vellum so i can silkscreen them right away.
