I like the idea, i see how it relates to the building photos, with the figure/ground interaction. I think it’s too much though. Something about the outlined type is killing it i think, I would strive to make it work without them. If you squint at the first two, the outlines disappear, and it is almost legible (or maybe it is already). Maybe if it loosens up just a bit, it could work without the outlines.
It could also be interesting to see the text used as a clipping mask for photos, all the text containing a building photo, and background being sky. But it might be too much (or just too literal).
